OCEANO Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program
The Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program (BDCP) is a collegiate program that allows eligible students to complete their bachelor’s degree while earning full Navy pay and benefits. BDCP participants receive financial support and a guaranteed path to become a commissioned U.S. Navy Officer upon graduation and successful completion of Officer Candidate School (OCS) or Officer Development School (ODS).
While in school, BDCP students have no day-to-day military obligations—the only ongoing requirement is maintaining Navy physical fitness standards through the Physical Readiness Test (PRT).
