Your responsibilities
1. Support the Customer Experience team:

  • Assist in the 3D Process alongside the Customer Success team and 3D team
  • Contribute to the creation of Help Center content (videos, training articles, etc.)
  • Communicate with clients on operational topics and ensure smooth project follow-up
  • Handle and grow your own client portfolio with renewal and upsells

2. Assist with customer support:

  • Partner with the 3D and product teams to ensure perfect execution of client projects
  • Guide clients on best practices for content production with Omi
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address potential risks to retention
  • Contribute to shaping Customer Success processes, playbooks, and best practices

3. Customer support & enablement

  • Deliver fast onboarding and tailored training sessions to clients
  • Support clients with their requests and ensure quick, effective solutions
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, influencing product and feature development


Profile we’re looking for:

  • Native English speaker
  • Based in NYC or the surrounding area
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset
  • First experience in a client-facing role (customer support, sales, onboarding, account management, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
