Restaurant Operations – Retail Services: Food Service Worker
Starting pay rate $11.00/hour
No previous coffee shop experience needed!
Multiple locations on campus!
We work around your class schedule!
Job Description:
We are seeking individuals who are customer service focused, reliable, ready to learn new skills, and are able to work in a fast-paced environment. We have 4 Grind locations on campus. Grind is open Monday-Friday with hours that vary by location. Employees may be asked to work on the weekend if there is a special event. Employees will be responsible for cash handling, drink preparation, serving prepped food, providing excellent customer service, and additional duties as assigned by management.
Physical requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Stand for a minimum of 4 hours continuously
Duties may include:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting and addressing customer needs.
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to established standards.
- Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies and products as needed.
- Ensure a clean and organized work environment through regular cleaning and upkeep.
- Adhere to company policies and perform other duties as assigned by management.
