Remote File Clerk
As a Remote File Clerk, you will help ensure that important District records are accurately maintained, organized, and easily accessible. You will work closely with administrative teams to support day-to-day document management and improve overall file accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Organize, upload, and maintain digital records and documents.
- Review files for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting.
- Update and manage electronic filing systems and databases.
- Assist with document retrieval and record requests from staff.
- Perform basic data entry and verification tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Support general administrative tasks and special projects.
