Associate Field Service Engineer – Solar PV EquipmentEquipment

Job responsibilities：

1.Assist senior engineers in on-site installation, positioning, piping connection, and system-level commissioning of PV process equipment (diffusion furnaces, annealing furnaces, LPCVD, and PECVD). Support customers in equipment performance testing, process validation, and final acceptance, while preparing standardized delivery documentation and equipment technical files. 
2.Perform routine daily inspections, scheduled preventive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and replacement of consumables and wear parts. Respond to customer service requests, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, vacuum, gas line, temperature control, and control system faults via remote support and on-site visits, swiftly restoring stable production line operations. 
3.Deliver standardized training on equipment operation, routine maintenance, and basic fault handling to U.S.-based customer engineers and operators. Respond promptly to technical inquiries, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure high equipment uptime and customer satisfaction. 
4.Manage on-site spare parts inventory, requisition, replacement, and record- keeping. Complete service reports, maintenance logs, and fault analysis records in a standardized manner to ensure full service closure for every task. 
5.Collect field data on equipment performance issues, design pain points, and process adaptability challenges, and compile case studies for the engineering team to drive continuous product improvement. Actively participate in ongoing technical training to systematically build expertise in PV equipment processes. 
6.Strictly adhere to U.S. local workshop safety regulations, ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection protocols, cleanroom operational standards, and equipment safety procedures. Implement on-site 6S workplace organization and ensure all activities are safe and fully compliant.

Job requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (recent graduate) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a closely related field.
2. Basic electromechanical knowledge; ability to read basic electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and process flow diagrams; familiarity with fundamental circuits, sensors, motors, pneumatic and vacuum system principles.
3. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
4. Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
and stand for extended periods.
5. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without company visa sponsorship.
