Union Marketing Customer Service Specialists are responsible for providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients for Union Marketing. The Customer Service Specialist serves as the first point of contact for many clients and is accountable for clear and consistent communication. This role is also responsible for front-office day-to-day operations.
