Children's Learning Center-AR/Child File Coordinator

UW Milwaukee Children’s Learning Center seeks a student to who can create, track, coordinate and organize the files of the children who are enrolled at the Center for Fall 2018. 

 

Position Summary

This position requires someone who is experienced with data entry in various applications including Microsoft Excel. The person in this position must ensure that each child enrolled at the Children’s Learning Center has both a complete and up to date paper file and online file (data must be entered in a timely manner) so that we are able to track and update information as needed as required by State Licensing. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance, as this position requires the occupant to create and maintain files, file paperwork properly, enter data into our unique database, and communicate with parents in a timely, respectful manner. Applicant should also be team oriented and be able to work as part of dynamic team and adapt to changes in the business as needed. 

 

Qualifications

Applicants must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. 

Must be detail oriented.

Be available to work 10-15 hours a week,

Must be available to work both over summer and winter break.

 

Essential Function:

Generate reports

Create and maintain records and files according to State Licensing requirements

Data Entry

Correspond with parents in an appropriate and timely manner

Business Office reception

Assist the Enrollment Manger as needed

 

Physical Requirements:

May occasionally require lifting or moving equipment and/or supplies up to 50 pounds.
