UNION - Marketing Customer Service Specialist - Student Affairs

The role of the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients for Union Marketing. The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is the first point of contact for many clients and is accountable for clear and consistent communication with clients. The CSS is responsible for front-office day-to-day operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
 
-      Detail oriented, exceptionally organized and demonstrate extraordinary communication skills
-      Ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues and clients
-      Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with others and solve interpersonal problems
-      Ability to work one-on-one or in a team environment
-      Demonstrate excellent time management
