Student Employee: Website Developer
The College of Letters & Science (L&S) is seeking a motivated student with experience in the maintenance, revitalization, and/or creation of web applications. Applicants must have experience with PHP, MySQL, HTML, JavaScript and CSS. Basic image manipulation, experience with PHP Frameworks (such as Laravel) and git versioning experience is a plus. Your resume and/or cover letter should address the experience you have in these areas.
Applicants must be interested in projects that involve collaboration with web team members, L&S administration, faculty, and academic staff.
Applicants must be in good academic standing and be able to work approximately 20 hours per week during fall and spring semesters. Our student developers commit to a custom work schedule between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the understanding that their class schedule and education are their main priority.
Summer employment up to 40 hours per week may be available.
