20|20 Catering :
We are in need of Dishwashers to assist in the Union Station dish-room. The ideal candidates must be reliable and responsible, as well as able to work accurately and maintain a pleasant disposition! You will also provide assistance to other employees working in the dish-room as needed and follow all sanitary and health-related protocols.
***THIS POSITION MAY NEED TO WORK EARLY MORNINGS AND LATE NIGHTS***
NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *** WILL PROVIDED ON- THE- JOB TRAINING ***
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate an industrial dishwasher
- Willingness to work in hot, humid environment and on your feet for 4-8 hour shifts
- Polish glassware, platters, plates, bowls, silverware and other implements by hand when necessary
- Clean dish storage areas
- Put away inventory which may include: Linen, paper products, dry goods, and beverages
- May need to assist with set-up / breakdown of larger event inside The Union and around Campus
Minimum Qualifications
· Ability to lift equipment and food supplies repeatedly during a shift
· Ability to stand for long periods of time
· Interpersonal communication experience
· Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
