Restaurant Operations is looking for student employees to grow our team for the Spring 2023 semester!
Starting pay $11.00-$11.50/hour based on qualifications!
Meet other student employees, get experience and gain lifelong knowledge in food preparation, grow customer service skills, and develop friendships. All while working conveniently around your schedule with short 3-4 hour shifts that can accumulate up to 25 hours per week!

Duties:
- Clean dishes, tables, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
- Maintain sanitation standards per supervisor’s instructions
- Set up serving stations that include utensils, food, dishes, supplies, and condiments
- Main duty will be to wash dishes in the designated café unit
**This position expects you to perform all or some of the following duties as assigned by the area supervisor. **
Qualifications:
- Individuals are UWM students that are currently enrolled in classes and are willing to learn
- Must be responsible and reliable
- Must have weekend availability
- Can work quickly, accurately, and maintain a pleasant disposition.
- Morning availability (one or two days a week)
- Available to work some nights
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs. repeatedly
- Stand for a minimum of 4-hours continuously
- Utilize kitchen tools safely
- Maneuver throughout a kitchen environment
