Children's Learning Center-HR Assistant

Responsible for assisting the HR Manager with the day to day Human Resources operations including recruiting, creating and maintaining student files, accurately entering data into multiple databases, running reports, and answering student questions. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed for business operations.

The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for fulfilling the following duties:

  • Prepare and maintain new employee files in order to meet State Licensing and NAEYC Accreditation requirements.
  • Ensure all new student staff data is received and entered into multiple databases.
  • Track and screen student applications and the applicant’s status for available student positions.
  • Process employee terminations and remove terminated employee files from the active employee storage.
  • Update and maintain various documents, and spreadsheets.
  • Accurately enter and maintain up-to-date employee information in multiple databases.
  • Gather, organize and prepare various reports across multiple platforms and ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
  • Answer employee questions or direct employees to appropriate representatives.
  • File paperwork correctly into student files.
  • Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
  • Business Office reception.
