The role of the Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients for Union Marketing. The Customer Service Specialist (CSS) is the first point of contact for many clients and is accountable for clear and consistent communication with clients. The CSS is also responsible for front-office day-to-day operations, including project intake and coordination. They ensure all projects are entered into the reservation/billing and workflow systems timely, accurately and thoughtfully. They also determine the type of project, communicates at any point with stakeholders, and identifies what steps are required for successful completion for client.

- Ability to interact and cooperate with colleagues and clients
- Ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with others and solve interpersonal problems
- Ability to work one-on-one or in a team environment
